These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cptriangle.com (the "Site"), operated by CP Triangle, a North Carolina real-estate brokerage serving the Triangle region. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

About the Site

The Site provides information about homes for sale in the Triangle, our brokerage services for buyers and sellers, and ways to contact our agents. Rental properties are managed separately at cprents.com — nothing on this Site is an offer of rental services.

Listing Information (MLS/IDX)

Property listing content on the Site is supplied in part by Multiple Listing Service (MLS) data feeds. That information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed and should be independently verified with your agent. Listing data is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use to identify prospective properties — it may not be scraped, harvested, or redistributed. Listings displayed may include properties listed by other brokerages, identified in accordance with the attribution and disclaimer requirements shown with each listing.

All property information — including prices, availability, square footage, and features — is subject to change or withdrawal without notice, and nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell real property. Any transaction is governed exclusively by a written agreement.

Working With Real Estate Agents

North Carolina law requires real-estate brokers to review the N.C. Real Estate Commission's “Working With Real Estate Agents” disclosure with you at first substantial contact. Using this Site does not create an agency relationship between you and CP Triangle — agency relationships are formed only through a written agreement. You can read the disclosure at ncrec.gov.

These Terms are governed by North Carolina law, with disputes brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
